RedGate offers several
free eBooks on SqlServer and other topics (some of them only announced and yet to become downloadable) on their bookstore. I had a look at
"SQL Server Execution Plans" by Grant Fritchey, which seems to be pretty good. So now we can probably forgive RedGate for turning
Reflector into a commercial product, after promising the opposite two years before, right?
